青海省城市社区管理研究

摘要

In the period of social transformation, urban community management is the urgent requirement of reform and opening up and socialist modernization, the important way to consolidate the urban grass-roots political power and strengthen the socialist democratic political construction, and the effective measures to boom the grass-roots cultural life and strengthen the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. Based on visiting and researching on Qinghai Xining Biological Park community management field, this paper analyzes some problems existing in community management work, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.%　　在社会转型时期，城市社区管理是改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的迫切要求，是巩固城市基层政权和加强社会主义民主政治建设的重要途径，是繁荣基层文化生活，加强社会主义精神文明建设的有效措施。本文在对青海西宁市生物园社区管理工作实地走访调研基础上，分析了社区管理工作中存在的一些问题，并提出了相应的对策和建议。
