在数学课堂教学中,教师与学生的关系应是导游与游客的关系,教师只是引导,大好的风光还得由学生自己去欣赏、去品味。因此,在数学课堂教学中,我们作为教师应该充分发挥学生的主体作用,改变老师始终“讲”,学生被动“听”的局面,把学习的主动权交给学生,使课堂真正成为学生探索、创新的“天堂”。%In mathematics classroom teaching, the relation between teacher and student should be the relationship between tour guide and tourist. Teachers just guide students, but students enjoy the good scenery by themselves.
