根据生活饮用水标准检验方法,用4-氨基-3-联氨-5-巯基-l,2,4-三氮杂茂(AHMT)分光光度法测定生活饮用水及水源水中甲醛的含量。对检测结果产生影响的因素进行研究探讨,并提出了相应的操作要点。对检测方法中的相关操作步骤略作改进,以有证的甲醛标准溶液作为甲醛标准储备溶液,省略了繁琐的甲醛标准储备溶液浓度的标定步骤,应用质控样进行质量控制,能准确快捷地测定生活饮用水及水源水中甲醛的含量。% According to the drinking water standard test method, with 4-amino-3-hydrazine -5 mercapto- l, 2,4 triazole (AHMT) spectrophotometric to determine the formaldehyde content in drinking water and source water. The factors affect the detection results were studied, and the corresponding operating points were put forward. It improved detection method steps slightly, and had the card formaldehyde standard solution as the formaldehyde standard stock solution.The cumbersome formaldehyde standard stock solution concentration calibration steps were omitted, quality control samples were applied for quality control, and it could determine the formaldehyde content in drinking water and source water quickly and accurately.
