大学生党员发展质量保障体系的研究

摘要

Trough the survey of student party members' quality in Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University, this paper understood the basic quality of student party members, present situation and problems of the party members' quality, and proposed appropriate measures to build quality guarantee system of student party members with full participation, whole process management and all-round education and raise the scientific level of party building among students.%　　本研究通过黑龙江八一农垦大学党员质量调查，了解大学生党员的基本素质、党员质量的现状以及存在的问题，并提出相应的措施，构建全员参与、全过程管理、全方位育人的高校大学生党员质量保障体系，提高学生党建工作的科学化水平。
