精心引导,潜移默化--浅谈班级文化建设

The high school period is the most important period that students form the life and world outlook. How to guide students' health and sound growth is a problem each teacher should think about. This article analyzed the importance of building class culture from the material culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture three aspects, and actively promoted to enhance the class teacher's consciousness of class culture construction, and explored the various modes to play education charm.%　　高中阶段的学生是人生观、世界观形成的最重要的时期。如何引导学生健康成长，是每个班主任都应该思考的问题。本文从物质文化，制度文化，精神文化三个方面来分析建设班级文化的重要性，并积极倡导班主任建设班级文化的意识，探索班级文化的各种模式，使其发挥无限的教育魅力。
