论新时期普通高校在职培训教育的教师职业道德建设

     

摘要

For the development of professional ethics of teachers of in-service education, we should adopt a scientific and effective management measure, and make an effort to raise the level of in-service training and education. In accordance with the domestic and foreign scholars' research findings on morals ethics and education, in addition to the division of ethics into cognitive, emotion and moral, the more scientific and actionable division of ethics is the ideals, principles and rules. In general colleges of China, the development of professional ethics of teachers of in-service education should include the development of teacher's ethics ideal, the development of teacher's ethics principles, and the development of teacher's ethics rules.%  我国普通高校在职培训教育的教师职业道德建设,要采取科学有效的管理措施,努力提高在职培训教育职业道德水平。根据国内外伦理和教育学者关于道德构成的研究成果,除了把道德划分为认知、情感和意志这三种经典构成外,目前比较科学并具有可操作性的是把道德区分为理想、原则和规则三个层次。综合起来讲我国普通高校在职培训教育的教师职业道德建设就应该包括教师职业道德理想建设、教师职业道德原则建设和教师职业道德规则建设。
