The articles analyzes the current situation of development and industry prospect of coal machine enterprise, puts forward the though about transforming development mode and adjust product structure, providing theory basis for promoting the sustainable development of coal machine industry.%　　文章就我国现阶段煤机企业发展现状和行业前景作简要分析，提出转变发展方式、调整产品结构的战略构想，为促进煤机行业的可持续发展提供具有前瞻性的理论探索。
