层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,简记AHP)是美国运筹学家匹茨堡大学教授萨蒂(T.L.Saaty)于上世纪70年代初提出的一种层次权重决策分析方法。这是一种解决多目标的复杂问题的定性与定量相结合的决策分析、评价方法。文章试图应用“AHP”的思想,对现代国有发电企业政工人员素质测评进行指标的确定和量化,以期为今后企业政工人员的选聘和评价工作提供一个比较客观合理的参考依据,也为人力资源管理提供一种新的思路。% AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) is a kind of hierarchical weight decision analysis method put forward by T.L.Saaty, Operation Researcher and Professor of University of Pittsburgh in the early 70s. It is a qualitative and quantitative methodology of multi-objective decision analysis and evaluation. The article tries to apply "AHP" to the determination and quantization of quality index of political workers of the state-owned power generation enterprises, hoping to provide a reasonable reference basis for the employment and evaluation of workers, and provide a new approach to human resources management.
