低碳经济背景下重庆市“十二五”天然气发展对策研究

摘要

随着重庆市经济的高速发展以及低碳经济发展的要求，“十二五”期间重庆市天然气需求量将成高速增长的态势，供需缺口将进一步扩大。根据重庆市供求状况，文章从组织与机制建设政策、天然气供应政策两个大的方面提出了具体的对策，以期为政府和厂商提供参考意见。%　　With the rapid development of Chongqing economy and the requirement of low carbon economy development, Chongqing natural gas demand will turn into rapid growth trend in the"twelfth five-year"period, the gap between supply and demand will be expanded further. According to the supply and demand situation in Chongqing, this article puts forward the specific countermeasures from the aspects of organization and mechanism construction policies, and natural gas supply, so as to provide references for governments and companies.
