高等院校财务管理专业实践教学探究

摘要

The financial management specialty is becoming more and more popular. But when enterprises recruit related talents, they will pay more attention to their practical abilities and experience. So lacking of experience become the stumbling block of graduates when they find jobs the first time. Therefore, colleges and universities must strengthen the practice teaching.Aiming at the problems existing in the personnel training of financial management specialty, three ways are put forward to improve the practice teaching effect. They are strengthening the construction of practical teaching base, innovating teaching methods and means and promoting the overall quality of teachers.%　　财务管理专业日渐成为热门专业，但企业招聘相关专业人才时，注重实际操作能力及经验，这使得缺乏工作经验成为高校毕业生初次就业的拦路虎，因此，高校需加强实践教学。针对高校财务管理人才培养存在的问题，提出加强实践教学阵地建设、创新实践教学方法和手段、提升教师综合素质三种途径，以提升实践教学效果。
