在独立学院的人才培养中，以培养高素质应用型人才为主，教学质量是关键，是学校的中心工作，教学管理是开展学校教学工作的有力保证和坚强后盾，那么教学管理信息的收集尤为重要，本文对基础教学管理信息方面提出自己的思考。%　　In the training of talents in independent college, to train high-quality talents, teaching quality is the key, and is the centre of the school.
