建设区域金融服务中心的对策探讨--以重庆市涪陵为例

摘要

重庆市涪陵具有良好的经济基础、便利的交通条件等区位优势，面临加快发展的重大历史机遇。应该充分利用全国统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区和“3号文件”赋予的立法权力与政策灵活性，加快建设涪陵区域金融服务中心，充分发挥金融在资源配置、产业结构调整、大城市建设等方面的作用。%　　Fuling has good economic fundamentals, advantages of convenient traffic conditions, facing significant historical opportunity to accelerate development. We should full use the national experimental zones for urban and rural reform and "3rd Document," empowering legislation and policy flexibility, speed up the construction of Fuling regional financial service center, give full play to financial resource allocation, industrial restructuring, and urban construction.
