高矿压下安全快速注浆的研究与实践

     

摘要

平煤股份四矿三水平主斜井主体工程采用锚网U喷支护,由于上下段压力较大,且浆皮与煤岩中间使用木板刹实,缝隙较大,针对该问题,合理设计注浆孔的布置参数,严格控制注浆工程的施工工艺流程,科学合理的组织施工。结果表明:采用分次注浆,第一次注浆充填空隙,第二次注浆加固松动围岩,提高了围岩的整体性,保证了巷道支护的稳定性。%  In No.4 Coal Mine under Pingdingshan Coal Industry Co., Ltd., the main works of three level main slant use shotcrete-rock bolt-wire mesh support. Due to the high pressure, the mortar is supported by board, but the gap is bigger. Aiming at this problem, it is necessary to rationally design grouting hole arrangement parameters, strictly control engineering construction process, and scientifically and reasonably organize construction. The results show that:the first grouting fill voids, the second grouting reinforce the loose surrounding rock, which improves the integrity and ensures the roadway stability.
