基于GIS的中小城市城区居住区位教育资源优势度评价模型研究--以鄂州市为例

摘要

The real estate industry is called"location"in developed countries, so location is significant for the real estate. The location advantages of a region rely on the combined effect of a lot of factors, such as transport resources, environmental resources, business resources, as well as the educational resources discussed in this article. This article uses GIS technology to evaluate and analyze regional educational resources dominance of Ezhou City, hoping to find the way to build the evaluation model of educational resources dominance in small and medium-sized cities, to provide reference for other cities.%　　房地产业在发达国家被戏称为“location”，即区位，可见区位对于房地产的重要意义。一个区域的区位优势程度取决于区域中拥有很多因素的综合作用，比如交通资源、环境资源、商业资源等，以及本文所讨论的教育资源。本文使用GIS技术对湖北省鄂州市城区的区位教育资源优势度进行评价分析，希冀找到中小城市的城区区位教育资源优势度评价模型的构建方法，以臻其他同类型城市相关问题的解决。
