终身教育理念下黑龙江开放大学教育体系功能研究

摘要

The concept of life-long education has dowered education with new ideas and new forms of education. In order to meet the requirements of life-long education theory, Open University, as a new type of university, came into being. This paper elaborated the idea of life-long education and the main tasks of Open University, and discussed the function and role of Heilongjiang Open University system from the four areas.%　　终身教育理念赋予教育新的观念和新的教育形态，为了适应终身教育理念的要求，开放大学作为一种新型大学应运而生。本文阐述了终身教育理念和开放大学的主要任务，从四个方面论述了黑龙江开放大学教育体系的功能和作用。
