As we all know, environmental online monitoring is the basic part of protecting the environment, so constructing online monitoring platform and applying it in real situations is of great importance. The paper first describes the context of constructing environmental online monitoring platform, and analyzes the construction and practical application of environmental online monitoring platform.%　　众所周知，环境在线监测是保护环境的基础环节，因此，建设环境在线监控平台，并将其应用于实际生活中具有重要的意义。本文首先对环境在线监控平台的建设背景进行了简要的叙述，然后分析了环境在线监控平台的建设与实际应用。
