管理者过度自信研究综述

摘要

在行为金融的影响下，管理者过度自信成为研究公司财务的焦点。本文以相关研究为基础，归纳分析了管理者过度自信的成因、对决策行为产生的影响及其判断和测量方法。%　　Managerial overconfidence has been the hot topic in corporate finance with the development of behavioral finance. Based on the available literature, this paper summarized and analysised the cause of managerial overconfidence, it's influence on decision making and it's judgement and measurement.
