In recent years, our country's investment in the urban construction is in the stage of growth, which requires advanced management methods as well as science and technology to adapt to the changes of the economic development. This paper deep analyzed the related application and development tendency of cadastral surveying and mapping in land development and rehabilitation, and objectively analyzed its function and influence.%　　近几年来，国家在城市建设的投入正趋于增长阶段，这就需要先进的管理手段和科学技术来适应经济发展的变化。本文就地籍测绘在土地开发整理中的相关应用和发展趋势进行了深入地剖析，对其产生的作用和影响也进行了客观分析。
