浅谈水利工程的全过程投资控制

摘要

水利工程是一项耗资巨大、涉及面广、专业性强的工程。在进行水利工程投资时，既要保证决策的科学性和正确性，又要保证水利投入产出的最大化，这是每项水利工程都要研究的重要课题。本文拟就如何将水利工程中的各个项目投资控制在所批准的限额以内谈几点想法，不妥之处仅供商榷。%　　The water conservancy project is a costly, involving wide, and professional engineering. In the investment of water conservancy project, it should not only insure the decision to be scientific and accurate, but also insure the water input and output to be maximized, it is the important topic to be researched in water conservancy project. This thesis talkes about some ideas that how to control every project investment in the approval limits for the water conservancy project, the improper aspects are for your discussion.
