资源枯竭型城市地方高校区域创新作用分析

摘要

Talent resource is the most important resource in the process of regional innovation in resource-exhausted cities. In the process of regional innovation construction, local colleges and universities play an important role of guidance and support. This paper discusses the role of local colleges and universities' regional innovation in resource-exhausted cities, and puts forward the new thought of local colleges and universities' regional innovation.%　　人才资源是资源枯竭型城市区域创新过程中最重要的资源，在区域创新建设过程中，地方高校起着重要的引领和支撑作用，本文探讨了地方高校在资源枯竭型城市区域创新中的作用，并提出了地方高校参与区域创新的思路。
