工学结合模式下种植类专业学生工作期间管理问题及对策研究

摘要

在农业院校中种植类专业实施工学结合的教育模式，有其独特的特点。实践证明，种植类专业学生在工作期间存在不少管理问题，而这些问题可以通过加强组织领导、完善制度机制、创新工作方式、保障物资供应等对策加以解决。%　　There are unique characteristics in implementation process of combination of work and learning in planting major of agricultural colleges. Practice has proved that there are many students management problems during work, and these problems can be solved by strengthening organizational leadership, improving the institutional mechanisms, innovating working ways and ensuring supplies and other measures.
