免费师范生职业认知与情感培养的初步研究

摘要

随着国家免费师范生教育政策的推行，免费师范生已成为教师资源输出的重要组成部分。对在校免费师范生除了进行专业的教师教学技能培养外，教师职业认知与情感培养也是十分重要。引导免费师范生正确认识教师职业，增强对教师职业的感情，有利于其在毕业后更快更好的走上教师岗位，做好本职工作。%　　Along with the policy implementation of free education for pedagogic student, the pedagogic students have become the important part of the teacher resources. Teaching of professional cognition and emotional for free students in normal universities is very important, in addition to the teaching of professional skills. To guide them having a correct understanding on teaching profession and enhance the feelings of the teaching profession, it will help students to have a good beginning in their career and do better services.
