基于系统思维的PPP项目绩效管理体系研究

摘要

In order to improve the management and service level of PPP project effectively, as well as improve the implementation efficiency and service quality, based on the systematic thinking and whole life cycle theory, with the formation of PPP project performance management system as the research object, this paper establishes the PPP project performance management system. As a utility for PPP project performance management, PPP project performance management system has important theoretical value and practical significance.%　　为了对PPP项目管理和服务水平进行有效改进，提高实施效率和服务质量，本论文基于系统思维与全寿命周期理论，以PPP项目绩效管理体系的构成为研究对象，建立了PPP项目绩效管理体系。PPP项目绩效管理体系作为PPP项目绩效管理的一种实用工具，具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。
