浅谈政府投资工程的质量监管

摘要

Under existing operation mechanism, the supervision of government-invested projects has uncovered some shortcomings resulting from investor's particularity. This paper analyzes status-in-quo of government-invested projects and discusses the methods to strengthen supervision on the government-invested project.%　　政府工程因其投资主体的特殊性，在现有的管理和运行体制下暴露出了一些弊端。本文分析了政府投资工程的现状和特点，探讨了如何加强对政府投资工程的质量监管。
