过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)是以过氧化氢为电子受体催化底物氧化的酶。主要存在于细胞的过氧化物酶体中,是动植物代谢中应用广泛的一类催化聚合酶。本文基于邻苯二胺(OPDA)-过氧化氢(H2O2)反应体系,对商品辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)和土豆中的过氧化物酶进行了酶反应动力学的研究。% Peroxidase (POD), an enzyme mainly existing in the peroxidase system of cell, is a widely applicable polymerase which catalyzes the oxidation of substrates by regarding peroxide as an electron acceptor in metabolism of animals and plants. The enzyme reaction kinetics of horseradish peroxidasev(HRP) and POD in potato based on OPDA-H2O2 reaction system was investigated in this study.
