质量改进工具在设计变更分析中的应用

摘要

在工程中设计变更较为常见，本文应用质量管理中的排列图来统计设计变更发生的原因，分析出现变更的主要原因，然后针对变更主要原因采用因果图分析找出更深层次原因，从而可针对性采取措施，为提升设计质量，避免出现设计变更提供解决方案。%　　Change is common in engineering design. This article applied the pareto chart in quality management to statist the causes of design change, analyzed the main reasons for the changes, and then found the deeper reasons through causality diagram analysis, so as to take targeted measures, improve the design quality, and provide solution to avoid design change.
