建设工程的施工安全，关系到社会稳定的大局和工程质量、及工程能否顺利完成。我国新出台的《建设工程安全生产管理条例》、《安全生产法》等基本的建设工程施工管理条例，都在一定程度上规范和明确了工程施工监理单位及具体的施工监理工程师在其中所应承担的责任与义务，将投资、进度、质量与安全列为建设工程施工中的安全生产监督责任，从而规范了监理过程中的安全监理问题。本文结合监理的实际工作，指出如何在监理工作中实施安全监理。% The construction safety of construction project is related to the overall situation of social stability, quality of the project and the successful completion of project. The Construction Safety Management Regulations, Production Safety Law and other basic construction project management regulations in China standardize and clear the responsibilities and obligations of the construction supervision unit and specific construction supervising engineer to some extent, take the investment, schedule, quality and safety as the safety production supervision responsibilities in project construction, so as to regulate the safety supervision issues in supervision process. In this paper, with the actual work of supervision, the way to implement the safety supervision is proposed.
