地籍管理作为土地管理的核心部分，是我国国土资源管理工作中的基础而又重要的组成部分，在社会飞速发展的今天，原有的地籍管理制度显然已经不能满足当前的土地管理的新形势，出现了很多不足之处。本文分析了当前地籍管理工作中的一些问题，并对其提出了几点参考意见，希望对改革地籍管理工作有所益处。%The cadastral management, as the core part of the land management, is the basis and important part of land and resource management. With the rapid development of society, the original cadastral management system clearly can not meet the new situation of the current land management, and there have been a lot of inadequacies. This paper analyzes some of the problems and proposes some reference, hoping to benefit to the reform of cadastral management.
