城市公共交通运输体系的发展和完善是缓解城城市交通问题的必然之路。合理的公共交通运输体系，应有合理的公共交通运输线路的分布，同时城市管理者要针对公共交通运输系统的薄弱环节，给于必要的对策，并进行制度改革。%The development and improvement of urban public transportation system is the inevitable road to ease the city urban transport problems.
