随着我国加入 WTO，工程造价管理的国际化发展也是一种必然趋势。在投资主体多元化、新技术大量应用的铁路建设新时代，铁路工程造价现有的模式存在的一些弊端，已经无法适应市场经济与国际接轨，改革势在必行。%With China's accession to WTO, the international development of the project cost management is an inevitable trend. In the new era of railway construction with investment diversification and applications of a large number of new technologies, existing models of railway project cost exist some drawbacks, and have been unable to adapt to the market economy with international standards, so the reform is imperative.
