本文通过对混凝土泵送过程中堵管原因进行分析，从材料组成、设备选用、人员操作、拌和要求、外部条件等方面制定对策，以保证混凝土质量，确保泵送施工顺利进行。%The paper analyzes the causes of pipe block in concrete pumping, and develops measures from material component, equipment selection, personnel operations, mixing requirements and external conditions, to ensure the quality of concrete and concrete pumping.
