With the growth of the national economy,rapid development of China's high-speed railway,high-speed rail construction technology continues to progress,and meets the people' s higher demand for line quality,running speed and the amount of transportation,so it is the representative of the advanced technology,and is renowned in the international wide.This article describes the purpose,methods,and observation program and implementation of high-speed railway subgrade to contribute to the development of high-speed railway technology.%随着国民经济的增长,我国高速铁路飞速发展,高铁施工技术不断进步,满足了人们对于线路质量、运行速度、运输量的高指标要求,是先进技术的代表,在国际上也享有盛誉.本文介绍了高速铁路路基工程变形观测目的、观测方法、及观测方案与实施,对高速铁路技术发展做出贡献.
