关于会展企业人才流动的几点建议——以黑龙江省会展企业为例

     

摘要

随着黑龙江省经济的快速发展以及会展业在经济发展中体现出的重要作用,政府对会展业越来越重视,黑龙江省会展业迎来了空前的发展机遇,也同时面临着新一轮的行业调整,各个企业要想在竞争中生存并且获得长足发展,人才的保证是至关重要的,目前黑龙江省的会展企业不同程度的出现人员老化,高端人员匮乏及基本工作人员流动过快的问题,如何能够留住人才成为企业面临的一个考题.%With the burgeoning development of economy in Heilongjiang Province,event industry plays an important role in economic development.And the government is attaching more and more importance to the event industry.The event industry of Heilongjiang has met unprecedented developing opportunity,but also faced with a new round of restructuring of the industry.If enterprise wants to survive and develop in the competition,talent assurance is crucial.At present,there are many problems in event industry,such as aging personnel,lack of technicians and fast staff flow.It is an urgent issue for enterprises that how to retain talent.
