中国酒店专业大学生流失的原因及对策

According to the survey,there will always be difficulty admissions in some specialty of colleges and universities.Selected College-tourism,hotel management and fewer students.The number of students choosing tourism and hotel management is small.Hotel staff and managers are job hopping,particularly the loss of competent staff has become the focus of executives.With the social development,it is an inevitable trend that college students will become future managers and person whom the development relys on.Therefore,it is important for the development and hotel to find out the cause and solutions.The paper makes an invetigation on the students majored in hotel management,and makes analysis and puts forward the concrete solutions to these issues.%据调查,高校在招生时总是会出现某些专业招生难的现象.高校中选择旅游,酒店管理专业的学生越来越少.酒店的员工和管理人员也是频繁跳槽,尤其是优秀的工作人员的流失已经成为酒店管理人员所关注的重点.社会不断发展,大学生会成为酒店未来的管理者与发展依托者已成为必然的趋势.因此,能否及时找出高校酒店专业招生困难的原因并及时将其解决,对于酒店行业的发展有着极其重要的作用.本文通过一些在高校中学习酒店管理类的学生进行了调查,后做出了具体的分析,并对这些问题做出了具体的解决办法.
