基于价值链理论的施工企业核心竞争力研究

This paper introduces the theory of value chain,clearly points out the necessity of Chinese building enterprise's putting value chain theory into practice in production and operation management,and analyzes the measures of value chain's innovation and development in building enterprise.%本文介绍了价值链理论内容,明确指出我国施工企业将价值链理论实践于生产经营管理的必要性,分析了价值链在施工企业实践发展的措施.
