Urbanization wave led greatly or small countless new cites, the planning of university city is the typical model of function division.Is this model bring more superior education environment? Through the author's life experience and a series of investigation in Chenggong campus of Kunming University of Science and Technology, there was the same problem in big cities in Jacobs's book. Although not the same like cites, but her unique perspective have advanced significance in today's new university cites construction.%　　城市化的浪潮催生了大大小小的无数新区，“大学城”规划便是时代背景下的一种典型的功能分区模式。这种模式是否给学生带来了更优良的学习环境？作者以在昆明理工大学呈贡校区生活的经验及一系列调查，发现其中存在的问题与简·雅各布斯对大城市城市病的看法较一致。虽然城市属性有所差别，但其独特的视角对当下城市新区大学城的规划建设有着先进的指导意义。
