浅谈高校研究生教学秘书工作及其基本素质

研究生教学管理是高校教学管理工作的一个重要分支，研究生教学秘书是高校最基层的教学管理工作者，是高校研究生教学管理链畅通的基础。本文论述了研究生教学秘书在教学管理过程中的职责和作用，同时对研究生教学秘书应具有的基本素质进行了简要的论述。%Graduate teaching management is an important branch of teaching management in colleges and universities, and graduate teaching secretary is the most basic level of teaching management workers, is the assurance of college graduate teaching management chain smooth.
