浅谈房建工程软土地基的施工技术研究

Starting from the practice of housing construction, the paper analyzes several treatment commonly used on soft soil foundation. It explores the problems in treatment of soft soil foundation used in house building engineering, such as deep cement mixing piles, deep lime mixing pile and sand and gravel cushion replacement and quality inspection.%　　本文从房屋建设工程的各种实践来出发，认真的分析了几种软土地基常用的处理方案。探讨了深层水泥搅拌桩、深层石灰搅拌桩、砂垫层和砂石垫层换填等方法在这几种软土地基在房屋建筑施工过程中需要注意的地方和需要进行的相关质检工作。
