关于中职学校专业教学团队建设的思考

摘要

中职学校创建高效的专业教学团队对提高师资水平和促进学校发展有着举足轻重的作用。本文分析中职学校专业教学团队建设中存在的问题，并提出建设专业教学团队的途径方法，从而加强师资队伍建设，以满足示范校建设发展的需要。%It builds the effective professional teaching team in Secondary Vocational School plays a significant role in promoting the teaching team and development of the vocational school. This paper analyzes the problems in the construction of the team and then presents the channels to build the professional teaching team in order to meet the needs of the development of building the demonstration school.
