浅谈大弯矩电杆在农网改造升级工程中的应用

     

摘要

新农村电气化建设刚刚开始,主要以水泥电杆为主,10~220千伏电网建设中,输电线路支柱主要是以铁塔、钢管塔为主流,造价成本高,投入资金大,为保证建设安全型、效益型、节约型坚强电网,我公司积极展开新材料、新设备的选型与论证工作,2010年7月我们对大梢径、大弯矩混凝土电杆,进行了考查研究,积极与厂家联系开发我们在新一轮农网改造中的适用杆型,目前已经在10千伏承力杆取得应用。2011年其间我参与的三基不用打拉线的承力大弯矩电杆在盂县35KV交口变电站外拔地而起,取代了运行25年之久的旧水泥电杆,用于稳固电杆的拉线随之拆除,彻底解决了交口站出线狭窄的走廊问题。这种电杆与传统电杆最明显的区别在于不用打拉线,这对减少土地占用面积,降低投资,提升线路运行环境具有重要意义。另外,该杆还具有较强的抗裂性和抗拉强度,极大的增强了电杆抵御恶劣条件和外力破坏的能力,更加有利于电杆的后期维护。%The construction of new rural electrification has just begun, especially for cement poles. In the 10 to 220kV power grid, transmission lines pillars are mainly tower and steel tube tower which is high cost. In order to construct safe, effective, saving and strong grid, we actively carried out the work for choose and proof of new materials and equipment. In July 2010, we made a study on cement pole with big top diameter and bending moment and contacted with manufacturers in the new round of rural grid upgrading. At present, it has been applied in 10kV grid. During 2011, carrying big bending moment pole without guy wire is used in 35kV power grid in Yuxian County, taking the place of the old cement pole used for 25 years, which resolves the problem that the corridor of intersection substation is narrow. It is different with the traditional power pole, and it is not with guy wire, which is significant to reducing the space, decreasing investment and improving the line operation environment. Additionally, the pole has a strong crack resistance and tensile strength, which greatly enhanced the ability of resisting harsh conditions and external damage and is more conducive to the late maintenance.
