浅谈大型技改项目建设工程计划阶段的管理方法及步骤

摘要

在长期实践的基础上，运用现代项目管理思想对大型技改项目建设工程的计划阶段加以管理，建设性地推行建立目标锁链、项目分解、制订计划、投资分解、构建信息管理平台等五大步骤，让项目组成员目标更明晰、任务更明确、计划更科学、投资更合理，为项目安全、有序、优质、高效实施打下扎实基础。%On the basis of long-term practical experience, the author implements the modern project management idea on the large-scale technical updating engineering project at the planning stage, promoting 5 necessary steps which includes target–focused close-loop establishment, project breakdowns, plans in detail, investment control and information management platform establishment. In such way, the project team members may have clear pictures on the project goal and process, fix the plan more scientifically and control the investment more reasonably, ensuring the project being carried out in safe, orderly, good quality and effective way.
