我国离散制造企业采购管理模式研究

摘要

The present paper, from the status of discrete manufacturing industry, analyzes the main problems existing in procurement management of China's discrete manufacturing enterprises, analyzes the ways to use available resources, formulate and implement scientific and feasible procurement strategy, thus to achieve the effective cooperation and promote the overall operation efficiency of company and establish the purchasing strategy to adapt to the overall development strategy of the company.%　　本文从离散制造业现状出发，分析了我国离散制造企业采购管理中存在的主要问题，详细分析和剖析以多批量，小批次，多样化产品加工为主要特征的制造型企业应如何利用可用资源，制定并实施科学，可行的采购管理模式，从而达到有效配合和推动公司整体运营效率，建立适应公司整体发展战略的采购战略。
