浅析建筑施工企业的库存管理与实践

摘要

This paper mainly introduces the causes of inventory held by the construction enterprise, analyses the possible harmful consequences for the enterprise. On this basis, it introduces the ABC focus management method of inventory control policy, and improves and makes a new ABCD classification method, so as to provide favourable tool for reducing purchasing costs and inventory costs.%　　本文主要介绍了建筑施工企业持有库存的原因，同时分析了可能给企业带来的危害性后果。在此基础上，介绍了库存控制策略的ABC重点管理方法，并对其进行了改进，提出了新的ABCD分类方法，从而为降低企业的采购成本和库存成本提供了有利的决策工具。
