浅谈自动化控制在污水处理厂项目中的管理

文章从项目管理的角度，以建设单位为出发点，将污水处理厂仪表自动化控制项目分为准备、实施、调试和验收总结等阶段，注重项目的功能需要分析和过程控制，探讨仪表自动化控制系统在污水处理厂中应当发挥的积极作用和工程项目的管理方法。%Starting with the construction unit, the article divided the instrumentation automation control project of sewage treatment plant into preparation,implementation,debugging and acceptance and summary,focused on the function need analysis and process control, and discussed the role of instrumentation and automation control system in the sewage treatment plant and project management method.
