浅谈华坪县水土流失及其防治对策

摘要

Soil and water loss is not only an issue about resource, but also an issue about environment. The most fundamental goal of water and soil erosion control is to achieve sustainable use of land and water resources and the sustainable development of eco-environment. In recent years, the economy of Huaping County develops rapidly, but soil and water loss is serious, and task of controlling water and soil erosion is arduous. The paper presents the status quo of water and soil loss in Huaping County and control countermeasures.%　　水土流失既是资源问题，又是环境问题，水土流失治理最根本的目标是实现水土资源的可持续利用和生态环境的可持续发展。近几年华坪经济发展迅速，水土流失严重，水土流失治理任务艰巨。本文介绍华坪县水土流失情况及治理对策。
