浅析对供货合同索赔的认识与研究

摘要

As every knows, nuclear power plant has long construct period, great investment, big difficult management, at the time of completion, check and accept, it is need to card and summarize experiences in the whole construction of nuclear power plant, thereinto claim is the very important tache. Considering the development of the claim inside of China, as the claim in equipment supply contract is the work with initiation and explores, also is full of challenges. This article describes in details the problems in the working of claim, analyzes the acceptations of claim, and brings forward the idiographic improving ideas on how to make the claim better in future.%　　众所周知，核电项目建设周期长、投资大、管理难度大，在项目竣工验收阶段，梳理、总结整个核电项目建设过程中的经验很有必要，其中索赔工作是涉及到的非常重要的一个环节。纵观国内索赔开展现状，供货合同方面的索赔处理既是开创性、探索性的工作，也是充满挑战性的工作。此文中详细阐述了索赔工作中发现的问题，分析了索赔工作的意义，并对后续如何做好合同索赔工作提出了具体的改进思路。
