生物进化及定点突变的研究方法

摘要

生物体都是在不断变化的，而生物进化是每一生物体生存，发展的目的与结果。从非细胞形态生命体到多细胞，组织，器官形态生命体，从简单的低等生物到复杂的高等生物都经历了一个长期演化的过程。本文旨在简单介绍生物进化的过程以及对通过基因突变使生物定向进化的研究方法进行综述，并对今后研究进行展望。%Organisms are changing all the time,while biological evolution is the purpose and result of each life's survival and development. From acellular organisms to cellular organisms with many cells, tissues and organs, from simple lower organisms to complicated higher organisms, they experienced a long-term evolutional process. This paper aims to introduce the process of biological evolution and summarize the biological directed evolution research methods through the gene mutation, and finally discuss the future research.
