如何管理企业中的非正式组织

摘要

本文通过非正式组织的来和定义，在分析其存在及特点的基础上，从正反两个方面介绍了非正式组织的影响，并提出了管理非正式组织的几点建议。非正式组织就一直是组织行为学和管理学的研究重点。自梅奥等人从霍桑试验中意外发现非正式组织的存在起，就开始对这项内容进行细致研究。%Informal organization has been an important research part of organization behavior and management since Mayo found the existence of informal organization accidentally from the Hawthorne trials. In this paper,based on its sources and implication, the author analyzes the existence reasons and main characteristics, and also introduces its influence from two aspects, then gives several suggestions about the informal organization's management.
