摘要

人力资管理是企业管理的一项重要内容,对企业的长期有效发展有着不可替代的作用。临矿集团以“大人才观”为指导,将人才作为企业发展最重要的战略资。文章就临矿集团现存的基础差、底子薄、青工成分多、专业技术人才少等问题,规划出了“管理”、“技术”、“技能”三条人才成长通道并对其进行了分析和介绍。%Human resource management is an important part of enterprise management, and plays an irreplaceable role in the effective long-term development of the enterprise. Linyi Mining Group takes "macro-concept of talented people" as guide, and considers talent as the most important strategic resource for enterprise development. This article, based on the problems of Linyi Mining Group, such as, poor infrastructure, weak economic foundation, many young workers, less professional and technical personnel, plans a talent growth channel of"management", "technology", "skills" and makes analysis and introduction.
