以就业为导向的独立学院物流人才培养途径的探讨

摘要

The types and levels of China's logistics market demand for talent was analyzed, positioning the objectives and direction of logistics personnel training in independent colleges, suggestions and ideas were proposed from various aspects, aiming at the main problems in the process of training logistics personnel in independent colleges.%　　分析我国物流市场对人才的需求类别和层次，定位独立学物流人才培养的目标和方向，针对独立学在培养物流人才过程中存在的主要问题，从多方面提出建议和思路。
